Terms and Conditions
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Zicket corporate website at https://zicket.io (the “Site”). Last updated: 23 September 2026.
This Site is our corporate and marketing website. It provides information about our products and services and lets you contact us or request to get started with Zicket. This Site is not the ticket-purchasing platform. Offering, selling and buying tickets, pre-loaded credits and merchandise takes place on https://www.zicket.co and is governed by the separate zicket.co terms and conditions, not by these terms.
By using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on that organisation’s behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You can contact us via https://zicket.io/about/contact-us or by email at help@zicket.co. When we use “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to indicate this. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Using the Site
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own information and legitimate business purposes, in accordance with these terms. This licence ends if you do not comply with these terms.
We may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Site at any time. We try to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own devices and systems to access the Site.
Enquiries and sign-ups
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a demo, or using “Get Zicket” on the Site is a request for information and does not create a binding contract for services. Any provision of Zicket products or services is subject to a separate written agreement between us and your organisation. Information on the Site (including descriptions of products, services and features) is for general information only and does not constitute an offer or a contractual commitment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or help anyone else to do so. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, harmful or unauthorised purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of, or breach or circumvent, any security or authentication measures of the Site;
- access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or any user, host or network, including by introducing viruses, malware or other harmful material, or by overloading or flooding the Site;

Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, images and software) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the Site or its content, and we do not guarantee that the information on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, arising from or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A delay in enforcing these terms does not waive our right to enforce them later. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
Language
If these terms are provided in both English and Chinese, the English version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them.
